My Vodafone for Vodafone UK clients, makes it easy to:
- View your allowance usage as a pay monthly client
- View your remaining credit as a pay as you go client
- View your price plan information
- Get answers to the most commonly asked questions
- Find and use premium BT Openzone Wi-Fi hotspots, including the ability to automatically connect when in range.

We’re working really hard to improve the app but please keep in mind the following:
- You must be a Vodafone UK client.
- Allowance usage information for pay monthly clients is not real time.
- If you’re new to Vodafone or have recently upgraded, your account information will not be available until after your first bill is generated.
- Account information is not available for business clients yet.
- My Vodafone is free to use in the UK, except for when using the Wi-Fi hotspot map.
- You’ll incur roaming charges when accessing My Vodafone abroad.
- You need at least 1.6 (Donut) Android™ software.
- You must be a Vodafone UK client.
- Allowance usage information for pay monthly clients is not real time.

- Sorry for the trouble, the My Vodafone app does not support Google Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Vodafone are currently working to provide an update to the app which will be with you shortly.

Download the My Vodafone app on your Android phone
- Choose ‘Market’ on the apps menu
- Choose ‘Vodafone’
- Choose ‘My Vodafone’
- Choose ‘Free’ and then ‘OK’ .The app will then download and appear in the apps menu
