Acer have updated their C7 Chromebook, sprucing up its spec sheet and revealing the catchily-named C710-2605 Chromebook. Bumping the price up to Acer C710-2605 Chromebook299 (£185), Acer have doubled the RAM to 4GB, popped in a bigger hard drive with 500GB of storage space, and supplemented that with 100GB of Google Drive cloud storage, free for two years. Though the same size as before, the 11.6 inch laptop has now got a larger 5,000mAh battery squeezed in. Other than that, it’s business as usual for the device, which also offers a 1366 x 768 display, powered by a 1.10GHz Celeron chip, with three USB ports, HDMI, VGA and Ethernet LAN.
