organization has no professionalism and your code of conducting yourself in the market as a FMCG company is a FARCE.
Each product sold is liable for service, repair and maintenance in all parallels across the industry.
This is the first time in my persual of service that I have come across such plagiarism of incompetence.
I say the product is faulty and you have not been able to repair it yet and I don’t see why we should even pursue replacement which is what I asked for initially when I called on 30th August. We are no more interested in getting the cooler repaired through your service personnel’s because if they knew how to fix a cooler(Which is not rocket science by the way) they would have done so in the first go. Five visits later we have understood your service engineers lack the know how to fix as simple a product as a cooler.Another week has passed and an the word of honour that someone will service my mom’s cooler before 12pm on 31st August and then again another promise for 2nd September and then another promise for 6th September have turned out to be just that empty words of hollow organization. We wish to no longer deal with you guys on a regular basis to keep your product would compel us to do so. PLEASE REFUND OUR MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. YOU OWE IT TO US.
