CTET Exam Date :
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi.
In accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the RTE Act, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) had vide Notification dated 23rd August, 2010 and 29th July, 2011 laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in classes I to VIII.
This time CTET Exam date has been decided and schedule to be held on 18th November 2012 at mentioned exam centres by CBSE.
CTET 2012 Admit card :
CTET admit card 2012 will be issued by CBSE and made available to download online from 1st November 2012 onwards from all those candidates who have applied for it.
CTET 2012 Exam Pattern or CTET 2012 Exam Structure :
All questions in CTET test will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. There will be no negative marking.
There will be two papers of CTET.
- (i) Paper I will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes I to V.
- (ii) Paper II will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Note: A person who intents to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).
